Sheet Pan Pancakes!
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I took a break from my blog to spend amazing quality time with my family. I hope you also had a fantastic holiday!
Over the last few weeks, Ive tried a ton of new recipes, got some amazing new fashion pieces and did a feature wall in my family room. So over the next few weeks, I will be posting all kinds of recipes, outfits and home decor hacks!
First up are these amazing Sheet Pan Pancakes I made over the Christmas break. SUPER simple and totally awesome! I never would have thought to cook pancakes in the oven, but they turned out fluffy, thick and perfect. I'm not sure I will make pancakes any other way now. The best part is that it makes a lot so there is leftovers to freeze.
Now I saw this idea on Pinterest but I tweaked the recipe slightly.
You'll need
-Pancake mix (of your choice!)
-Toppings
Thats it folks.
Make the pancake mix according to the package instructions (times 4). I ended up quadrupling the recipe to fit my pan size, but it depends on size of pan as well!
You can choose a metal sheet pan, but I used my Stoneware pan because it cooks things to perfection.
After you mix the pancakes, add the batter to a greased sheet pan, spread evenly with a spatula.
Add desired toppings, in this case I added banana and chocolate chip. Yum!
Cook at 400 Degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Top with whipped cream and syrup, then devour! I highly recommend trying this one. It was definitely a success! We also had leftovers for 2 more breakfasts after that.
Thanks for reading and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE! :)
