Fall Meal Plan

Its hard to as a mom (or dad) to plan dinner every night. Trust me, the days I don't meal plan we often end up eating cereal or eating out. This is not cost effective or the healthiest, so Ive found that meal planning is the way to go! Im hoping that this meal plan will be helpful for you also. I have 2 picky children and one hungry husband and these meals are a hit with everyone! They are also easy meals and most of them are a "one pan" kind of meal. (Im all for less dishes)

1) Smoked Sausage Alfredo Bake
Recipe: https://www.letsdishrecipes.com/2014/10/spicy-smoked-sausage-alfredo-bake.html
This recipe is creamy and really easy to make. You could even buy a jar of alfredo sauce and cut down on some of the work too!

2) One pan Garlic- Parmasean Veggies and Sausage
Recipe: https://www.chelseasmessyapron.com/one-pan-healthy-sausage-and-veggies
I have made this meal multiple times and I love the flavours and honestly the only time I like eating beans and broccoli!

3) One skillet Mexican Beef and Rice (Sorry no pic)
Recipe: https://www.iwashyoudry.com/one-skillet-mexican-beef-and-rice/
I love how everything goes into the skillet to cook from beginning to end. Its also a change up from the regular Taco routine.

4) Creamy Zuppa Toscana Soup
Recipe:https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/creamy-zuppa-toscana/
This recipe tastes like those amazing soups from Olive Garden. Its perfect for fall and full of amazing flavour. I usually make breadsticks to go along with the soup.

5) Greek Quesadillas (Meatless) (Also no pic for this one)
Recipe:http://damndelicious.net/2016/07/23/greek-quesadillas/
This is an amazing dish. Really easy and packed with flavour!

Meal planning is a great way to watch your budget and have a plan so that you can cut back on your eating out. I love to cook and bake and so trying new recipes often is a must for me. Ive made so many recipes over the years (some hits and some misses) and Im thankful for a husband that loves all types of foods. Im also all for finding delicious meals that don't take hours to make. Living with M.S. I have had to find ways to simplify the way I make things. Otherwise it wouldn't happen because I couldn't do it! Not only that but a lot of moms work, and who wants to spend hours making a meal after work? Not I.  I will also be doing a crock pot list and a freezer meal list so stay tuned!

Do you meal plan? What is your go- to meal?
